gravity

as much as i try to go
i can’t help but to come back
reminiscent of a sad addiction
i try to stop
but the urge returns
like gravity
further and further
deeper into space
my satellite launched
drifting into other realms
better worlds
then drawn by
some gravitational force
taken back
pulled off orbit
through some black hole
back to your galaxy
and I don’t fight
though i should
and i want to
so
then back into space i go
through the clouds
past the layers in atmosphere
amongst the stars
relinquished of your boundaries
but
then again
what goes up
must come down
and now i’m back again
like gravity
