sunrise... p.i

i woke up...
felt the sun
beaming through the blinds
what time was it?
how did i miss the sunrise
opened my eyes
and realized, you weren't there
though i knew you wouldn't be
you weren't went i fell asleep
something inside of me
was still hoping
impossible
but i did...
hoped i had
heard your message
woken up
sleepwalking
and let you in...
disappointed
i rolled over...
looking out the window
between the blinds...
morning beaming
but to me...
it was just another sunrise...
