out of place

okkkk....
been really busy...
so...
here's a little something
i wrote a LOOONNGGG time ago.

i'm out of place
i don't belong
right or wrong
stuck here listening to the same 'ol song
the same 'ol place, the same 'ol time
and then, i again, press rewind
i don't belong here
i don't deserve this
but still i wish... i could find some kind of happiness
or maybe not totally
enough to be content
for more than just a few moments,
maybe a day or two
so that my skies stay blue
and yet patience remains a virtue
so i wait...
listening to the same 'ol song
same 'ol time, pressing rewind
looking in to space,
trying to erase
the thoughts of being out of place...
